Fitness & Nutrition (FUN)

The Fitness and Understanding Nutrition (FUN) program focuses on motivation, nutrition and fitness. We are looking to educate the children on several factors being, the secrets to success, how to eat healthily and to provide them with some knowledge on health and fitness in general.

BWC believes these areas have been seriously neglected over the years resulting in large numbers of eating disorders within children, declining fitness levels and a lack of knowledge on health and well-being. We believe in addressing these areas, which can also aid in bridging the gap of life expectancy.
